Take a kid fishing day Saturday June 23rd 2018

Sign up to participate in RISAA’s 19th Annual Take-A-Kid Fishing Day.  Saturday June 23rd 2018. Location Brewer Greenwich Bay Marina Warwick Rhode Island.

Each year this event is a big success and this year we are hoping to have at least 60 MEMBER BOATS and 150 VOLUNTEERS!

DIRECTIONS BY CAR to Brewer Greenwich Bay Marina WEATHER ADVISORY: The event will be cancelled ONLY if strong winds, heavy rain or lightening is predicted. Light rain or drizzle the event still will be held. If questionable, call the night before or morning of the event, to any of the following: 826-2121 or 996-3343 or 996-3308
THERE IS NO RAIN DATE. We GO on this date or it’s lost for the year!
From the South:
• I-95 North to Exit 10. Bear right at the end of the ramp.
• Follow Rt 117 East to 3rd traffic light (approx 1 mile)
• Turn right on to Route 1 South (Post Rd)
• Go approximately 1.6 miles to 3rd light and turn left onto
Masthead Drive.
• At bottom of hill turn left into marina lot (Chelo’s
Restaurant), and then through gates to staging area.

From the North:
• I-95 South to Exit 10-A
• Follow Rt 117 East to 3rd traffic light (approx 1 mile)
• Turn right on to Route 1 South (Post Rd)
• Go approximately 1.6 miles to 3rd light and turn left
onto Masthead Drive.
• At bottom of hill turn left into marina lot (Chelo’s
Restaurant), and then through gates to staging area.
NOTE: The area of Route 117 and Route 1 changes constantly, so the number of traffic lights described below may no
longer be accurate. Watch for the actual Route/Street names as you proceed.
FOR GPS: the address is 1 Masthead Drive, Warwick, RI. Also the marina and Chello’s Restaurant are same location.
